During our recent stay at Lisbon Poets Inn, we were impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were always available and went out of their way to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. We also appreciated the presence of comfortable balconies, where we could relax and take in the surroundings. The laundry service provided by the inn was a big plus, making it convenient for us to clean our clothes. Additionally, the entire establishment was exceptionally clean, which made our stay more enjoyable. Lastly, being able to make coffee in the mornings was a small but appreciated touch.

Although we had anticipated being able to walk to more places, we found that the narrow and windy streets made us feel uncomfortable doing so, especially considering our age. However, we were able to rely on Uber to take us everywhere we wanted to go.

I stayed in a private room at Poets Inn and had a really enjoyable experience. The room was nicely updated with a beautiful balcony, providing a lovely space to relax. The bathroom was clean and modern, even though it wasn't cleaned frequently. The staff was responsive when I requested a replacement for the almost finished toilet roll. The location was not very close to the center, but it was still manageable to walk there, and the hills of Lisbon added to the charm. Despite some noise in the room, I had a comfortable stay overall. I would recommend this hotel based on my positive experience.

Many popular attractions were nearby, making it a convenient base for exploring. the rooms were clean and the interiors were nicely decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were clean, providing a convenient option for self-catering.

The Lisbon Poets Inn was a great choice for our stay in Lisbon. The location was convenient, with the city center just a short walk away. We enjoyed the nearby markets and multitude of restaurants. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and we loved the relaxing lounge area. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals.

I recently stayed at Poets Inn for a week during my visit to Lisbon. The hostel had a cool and clean atmosphere, perfect for young people. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the location was great, making it easy to explore the city by foot or public transportation. The room I stayed in was clean and well-furnished, with a nice view from the balcony. I especially loved the beautiful patios and the ability to close the windows with shutters for privacy and temperature control. a wonderful experience that I would definitely repeat.

The location of the hotel was great, with lots of cafes and food spots around. The building design with a beautiful patio added to the charm. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for food and helping with directions. The room was clean, well-lit, and had fast wifi, which was perfect for getting some work done. The terraces were also a nice addition for relaxing.

The outdated shared washroom. The sink and shower had a button that needed to be pressed repeatedly for water, which was quite annoying.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the square by the Metro Station, making it easy to find and convenient for transportation. It was also very close to a stop of the famous tram 28, allowing easy access to explore the city.

The cleanliness of the shared bathroom was disappointing, as mentioned in one of the reviews.
